Saturation Diving Play With Friends
Online co-op is the design. Official private servers are not part of the live universe.
Saturation Diving is sold as a spooky co-op dive. The Roblox universe agrees: coop is online, maxPlayers is 50, createVipServersAllowed is false, and voice chat is not supported. This page is the friend-group manual. It exists because half the internet still tells you to “just open a VIP.” That button is not there.
How To Get In The Same Place
- One player opens the official game and hits Play.
- Friends use the Roblox server browser / “Join” on that player’s profile activity, not a made-up VIP code.
- If the instance is full (50), hop together — do not split across two full rooms and hope.
- Meet at the submarine before anyone pulls a launch. Late joiners in beta horror games often spawn mid-disaster.
If Join fails, the host can leave and re-enter until you land together. That is ugly. It is still the supported path while VIP is off.
Voice
Use Discord, a phone call, or another app. The experience does not ship voice. A silent four-stack still works if you agree on pings: tank low, grimreef, leftover Sanguinite, extract now. The community roles — Captain, Engineer, Spotter, Salvager — are useful call names even when the UI is light. See roles and team comps.
What To Play Together
First night. Primitive Diver for everyone. Do not drag new friends to Crash Plateau. Getting Started is the shared script.
Second night. Ramshackle and Apprentice. Teach the oxygen window from How to Survive. One designated tank-watcher.
Later. Split objectives so you do not fail four badges at once. Example: one dive is a Sanguinite sweep, another is monster logs, another is grimreefs for Simply Better. Mastercraft (fifteen levels) is a planned calendar event, not a surprise.
The video in this article is a messy friend run. That is the tone. Pause when the squad splits — that is usually when someone blacks out.
Grief and Density
Fifty strangers will steal pipes. You cannot ban them from a VIP you do not have. Your tools are: hop, stick as a blob, extract early. Do not start a script war. The scripts hub is a warning page, not a team strategy.
Elite Diver Lite is per-account. It does not make a private lobby. It only adds Pearls and premium locker access for the buyer. See gamepasses.
Badges That Need a Squad (In Practice)
Nothing in the API says “requires four players.” In practice, Hunter Killer, Mastercraft, and a full Collector hunt are faster with friends who do not steal your last Sanguinite node. Simply Better (two grimreefs in one level) needs someone to not pull the rest of the map while you finish the pair.
After the Dive
Debrief in the same external call. Who blacked out, who left Sanguinite, who skipped a log play prompt. That five-minute talk is how a random stack becomes a crew. Then pick one target for the next session from badges so you are not four people chasing four rares.
If a friend only has a phone, send them mobile before you drag them to Crash Plateau. If someone wants to pay, send gamepasses so they do not buy a fake VIP. If someone wants a Trello, send trello so they stop trusting random Discord screenshots of a board the developer never pinned.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Can we open a private server?
Not through official VIP. The universe has createVipServersAllowed set to false. Join via profile / server browser.
What is the server size?
Fifty players. Full rooms happen. Hop together rather than splitting the squad.
Is there in-game voice?
No. Roblox lists voice chat as not supported. Use an external call.
Does one gamepass cover the whole squad?
No. Elite Diver Lite is per account. Pearls bonus and premium locker access apply only to the buyer.
