Saturation Diving Sanguinite Ore
The only ore with its own joke badge — and a full-map clear past level six.
Sanguinite is a live resource in Saturation Diving. We are not guessing the name. The Roblox badge Dig dig dig to the center of the earth! says: Clear the entire map of Sanguinite past level six. That sentence is the whole design document the public API gives us. This page unpacks it so you do not treat Sanguinite like generic common ore.
Why It Has Its Own Guide
Older wiki ore tables ranked Common / Uncommon / Rare / Legendary as generic tiers. Those tiers are still useful for credit planning. Sanguinite is different because:
- It is named in official badge text.
- The objective is a full map clear, not a quota of chunks.
- It is gated past level six on the dive-levels clock. Apprentice Diver (six levels in one dive) is the practical unlock, not a shop rank.
If you spend your first hour vacuuming every glittery node, you may still fail the badge because you never reached level six, or because you left a node in a side pocket.
Reading the Badge Like a Design Spec
Clear the entire map means leftover Sanguinite fails the grant. A 90% clear is a fail. Sweep edges, pipes, crash pockets, and anything the sonar still pings after you think you are done.
Past level six means the check runs on the deep side of that gate. Do not expect the badge on a Primitive Diver run. Get Apprentice-comfortable, then dedicate a dive to a clean floor instead of mixing Collector hunting and grimreef kills on the same oxygen bar.
The joke title is flavour. You are not digging to the Earth’s core. You are emptying a Roblox map of one ore type.
How It Fits the Economy
Sanguinite feeds the same upgrade sink as other ore: suits, tanks, drills, the six-upgrade Tactical Gear check. Elite Diver Lite adds +15% Pearls. If Sanguinite converts to Pearls on extract, the pass helps the clear-and-cash loop. It does not mark nodes for you.
Squad roles still matter. An Engineer-style player stays on nodes. A Spotter-style player calls leftovers. A Salvager-style player checks wrecks. Captain-style keeps the tank honest so you do not black out with two nodes remaining. See team comps.
Practical Sweep
- Hold a dive to level six without over-committing inventory.
- Switch from “profit” to “empty the floor.” Ignore optional lore pickups except if they sit on a node.
- Grid the map. Fifty public players will steal nodes — hop if the floor is stripped (co-op).
- Extract only when sonar and eyeballs agree the Sanguinite is gone.
- If the badge is dark, you missed a pocket or the server lagged the grant. Re-run once before filing a bug.
Do not use third-party ESP to “see ore through walls” on a public server. That is the scripts danger zone and a ban risk. The in-wiki depth calculator will not find nodes; it only helps you plan pressure and air.
Bring spare inventory space. A full-map clear fails if you cannot pick up the last node because you hoarded common ore. Dump cheap stacks at the sub, then finish the sweep. The mining routes habit of rotating clusters still applies: do not camp one pipe while a pocket behind a wreck stays pink.
If your squad is mixed — some chasing Collector logs, some chasing grimreefs — call Sanguinite as a dedicated objective. Mixed goals are how leftover nodes happen. One player should own the “floor is empty” call the way a Captain owns the tank call.
The gameplay video in this article is a full mining-loop recording. Watch how the diver finishes a cluster before leaving the camera — that habit is the badge.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What is Sanguinite?
A named live ore. The badge Dig dig dig to the center of the earth! requires clearing the entire map of it after level six.
Can I finish the badge before Apprentice Diver?
The condition is past level six. Earn the stamina to hold that depth first, then sweep.
Does Elite Diver Lite show Sanguinite on the map?
No. The pass adds Pearls and premium locker access. It does not highlight ore.
Is Sanguinite the same as rare ore?
Do not assume a tier colour. Treat it as its own named resource until a patch note says otherwise.
